We understand that plans change. Here is how order cancellation works at ASR Mart.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact our support team with your order number. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund under our Refund Policy.

Cancelling After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled directly. You may refuse delivery or follow our Return Policy after receiving the item, subject to eligibility.

Cancellations by ASR Mart

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price or description was listed in error, payment could not be verified, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

How Refunds for Cancellations Work
