At ASR Mart we want you to shop with confidence. If your order qualifies for a refund under this policy, we will process it promptly.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
- The product you received is damaged, defective or not as described.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order was cancelled before dispatch (see our Cancellation Policy).
- An item you paid for is out of stock and cannot be delivered.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a short description (and photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect). Once your request is approved, you may be asked to return the product.
Refund Method and Timeline
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or to your bank/mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, etc.) for cash-on-delivery orders.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, or after approval for non-return cases.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for refund, including used or damaged-by-customer products, perishable goods, intimate or hygiene products, and items marked non-returnable on the product page.
