ASR Mart offers an easy return process so you can shop without worry.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is eligible.

Conditions for a Valid Return

  • The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories and invoice are included.
  • The item is not on the non-returnable list (see below).

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@asrmart.bd or +8801339796544 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and share return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and hand it to our pickup agent or send it as advised.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we process a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, the following are generally not returnable: perishable goods, personal care and intimate items, customized products, gift cards, and any item marked non-returnable on its product page.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item), we cover return shipping. For other eligible returns, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
